Servers & Bartenders
Romano’s Bar & Grill is looking for professional individuals with vibrant personalities to help grow our already popular bar crowd.
Candidates must have prior restaurant service experience and strong communication skills to accurately explain menu items and understand customer orders.
Beer and cocktail knowledge is a plus. Prior serving or bartending experience preferred.
Host / Hostess
Romano’s Bar & Grill is seeking professional hosts with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Candidates should be friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Back of the House
We are currently hiring cooks and back-of-house staff.
Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
Weekend availability is required.
