Romano’s Shipping Information

Your crab cakes will arrive in a individual Reusable Styrofoam cooler. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All orders will be packed with ice packs to keep your order cold and fresh during shipping. Your crab cakes are shipped with ice packs to maintain a low temperature and preserve quality and freshness. All boxes will be identified and properly marked for next day shipment by Federal Express.

Unless otherwise specified, we ship Monday through Thursday FedEx using One Day (see below):

Monday (orders before 2:00 p.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Tuesday
Tuesday (orders before 2:00 p.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Wednesday
Wednesday (orders before 2:00 p.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Thursday
Thursday (orders before 2:00 p.m. EDT) will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Friday
Orders place on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be delivered by 7 p.m. on Tuesday
*Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day

Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure the shipping address you provide us is correct. We cannot guarantee deliveries to incorrect addresses. Federal Express charges us a $10 Address Correction Fee for incorrect recipient addresses. We reserve the right to pass this cost on to you, so please be sure to provide us accurate address information when placing an order. Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability. Order early to place a holiday order. At this time, we do not offer international shipping of our crab cakes to ensure the freshness and quality.

Someone must be available to receive your package on the delivery date. FedEx will leave the package without a signature if there is no one there to accept the package. Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Romanos.

 

If your order arrives spoiled or damaged, please call us at (410) 768-8188 and have your order number available. All sales are final.
